Fiery Skipper (egg):  Broadmoor Terrace, Shreveport, LA, June 16, 2009.  I watched the female Fiery Skipper lay this egg on Saint Augustine grass and I took this photo a few minutes later.  The width of blade of grass is 4.5 mm, so the egg diameter is about 0.75 mm.
